Randy Tweedy is a retired Deputy Sheriff with 25 years of service for the largest Sheriff’s Department in the world, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He was a Full-Time Firearms Instructor in the Department’s Weapons Training Unit for 13 years.

Tes Salb has a diverse background in sports, starting with Modern Pentathlon at 12 and progressing to the US Olympic Shooting Program, earning spots on various national and world teams. Beyond shooting, she has excelled in triathlons, CrossFit, and Tactical Games, coaching and founding teams along the way.

Pistol Mounted Optics - LE Only
The CTT-Solutions PMO Course is an aggressive 2-day immersion into use of a Pistol Mounted Optic. The course is very heavy on repetition and places an extreme premium on correct technique.
Performance Carry
This training is Mike and Pat’s signature course. It is a fast-paced course designed to give attendees not only the technical, but the practical understanding of the effective employment of their pistol from a covert concealed location.
Micro Carry
The course is specifically intended to address the needs of shooters who own and carry micro compact guns. This is not for standard compact pistols based on full-size frames.
